For over ten years I attended the fantastic Animal Drawing class taught by Patricia Wynne at the American Museum of Natural History. We drew the taxidermy, models and bones after hours in the silent halls. The many returning students got to watch each other’s art grow and progress over the years. Sadly the class was a Covid casualty but we still meet monthly during museum member nights to continue the tradition. I settled on using artist grade markers for my drawings in a palette of peach and purple - my two favorite colors.
